Hey dear watchers again,

Here's a new XPS version!

Countdown?.
- Yepp we thought it'd be kinda fun to have a few small versions before XPS 11!

You are weird. Who wants to DL small versions anyway?
- Oh uhm I don't think we are. And like always you are not forced to update ;D Expect a few more XPS releases from now on =) Small things but we went for the countdown.

Okay fine...but what's new in this?
- A long requested feature. The Cel shader! It will probably be updated in the future but here you have a basic one for now =) Shader> Cel Map.

(also the middle one here shows a different toon (cel) shade texture on a more detailed model: fc06.deviantart.net/fs71/f/201…, map is not included though)
This feature works with every model and can be adjusted with the lightning parameters. Also it can be modded! In data>common there is a texture called toon.bmp! You can edit it to desire your needs in Cel shading effect!

There are also a few bug fixes. The Bump map edge shader now supports transparency, the window size will not be too small to see the ''modify'' button again aaaand there's a small ''Easteregg'' included! Good luck finding ;D It is kinda freaky!
The only hint provided by the developer himself: "Humphrey Bogart ... Here's looking at you, kid"

Random information: The first pre version of XNALara/XPS was written 28 December 2008 by  :icondusanpavlicek:, the original creator of XNALara. ... using a static non posable TRU Lara model. www.volny.cz/pavlicd/tru/tru_l… www.volny.cz/pavlicd/tru/tru_l…  (using 3DRipperDX, TexMod, Blender, nconvert, and the app developed in DirectX/XNA) ... of course with static shadows.
Because the Blender Collada importer could not import correctly the poseable model, Dusan has extended this application ... and 20 Februar 2009 ... XNALara was born and released.
If somebody want this realy first XNALara model, ripped  from the TRU Demo using 3D Ripper. Here's the mesh + UVs exported to OBJ: lara_obj.zip www.volny.cz/pavlicd/tru/lara_… ... Please note that the model is not "ready to use with XPS " ... only suitable for collectors and experts.
